Rules and Regulations

1. Age Criteria:-

• For Solo:- Super Junior 5 to 10, Junior 11 to 16 years and Senior 17 to 35 years.

• For Groups: - Junior 5 to 16 Years.

• For Open Category: - Senior 17 to 35 Years.

2) Minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants can participate in the group Category.

3) Minimum 2 and maximum 8 participants can participate in the Open Category.

4) Only recorded music in a pen drive can be used for performance.

5) Upload only 2 minutes (maximum) unedited video of dance.

6. Entry Fee: -

i) Solo:-

a) Super Junior Rs 400

b) Junior Solo Rs 500

c) Senior Solo Rs 600

ii) Group:-

Junior: Rs 800

iii) Open Category

Senior: Rs 1000

7. No Participant are allowed to participate in same category twice.

8. No senior Participant will be allowed to participate in junior category

9. Only one junior member will be allowed to participate in open category

10. Participants are advised to cut their music as per the time limit.

11. Props are allowed except colour, water and fire.

12. Selection will be done on the basis of performance for Dance Himachal Dance Semifinals and Finale.

13. The results of auditions will be declared in Divya Himachal Newspaper & social media Pages.

14. Selection of audition, Semifinals and Grand Finale venue is at the sole discretion of Divya Himachal Media Group.

15. The decision made by judgment panel will be final.

16. The Applicant should be a Bonafide Himachali.

17. The Applicant must agree to abide by all the rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.

18. The Elimination round expenses (food, travel and stay) are to be borne by the participant.

19. The organizers are not responsible if sponsors do not make good on prizes promised by them.

20. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the participants. You participate at your own risk and will have no claim against Divya Himachal Media Group in any regard.

21. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.

22. Schedule of events is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.

23. In the event of any dispute, the organizer’s decisions are final and binding on the applicant.

24. The court of Dharamshala has jurisdiction over all disputes.

Note: – Please bring the printout of the receipt on the day of Auditions along with your Aadhar Card/ Permanent Address Proof.
